1. Description of the service
HOTELCOMPANY.COM provides hotel information to all its visitors so that the latter can book a hotel on-line. Our General Conditions apply to all services from HOTELCOMPANY.COM.
2. Free of charge
Our services are used free of charge. We charge no supplements, such as booking costs.
3. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your stay, click the link in the confirmation email. If you cancel in line with the hotel's cancellation conditions, the cancellation will attract no charges. The cancellation conditions for each hotel appear on the hotel page, the booking page and confirmation email. If you cancel too late, or do not arrive, the hotel may make a charge, generally one-night's stay. HOTELCOMPANY.COM makes no charge for cancellation.

The HOTELCOMPANY.COM website has been compiled with the greatest possible care. Our services are based on information provided by hotels, who for these reasons are also responsible for the accuracy of this information. Hotels may adjust the information about their hotel, such as prices and availability, at any time. We cannot therefore guarantee that all information is accurate and fault-free, nor can we be held liable for errors or gaps in the information provided. So always carefully check the information given before you act on the basis of the data now submitted.
