Your personal data are essential for offering you a professional service. We take our responsibility for the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your personal data are passed to third parties with the sole object of completing your reservation on our website, to provide you with the information or services requested, or with your express consent. We reserve our right to provide your personal data to certain permitted third parties, including trusted partners. In accordance with the European laws protecting personal data, we follow strict security procedures in handling your personal data, in order to prevent unauthorised access and use.

Safeguarding your data

Your data are sent to us on a secure server. For this purpose we use well-known safe technology, which codes all your personal and credit card details. Your data cannot therefore be intercepted or used for purposes other than your booking. The coding method used is Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We possess an official SSL certificate, issued by Thawte.
All our servers and networks are also protected against unauthorised access by a firewall.

Checking your data

You are of course entitled at all times to inspect the data that HOTELCOMPANY has about you. You can request your data by sending an email to customerservice@hotelcompany.com. If your personal data prove incorrect, we shall correct them at your request. You can also ask Hotelcompany to remove your personal data from the database by sending an email to the above email address.

When will HOTELCOMPANY send you an email?

After you have made a booking you will receive a confirmation email with all information about your reservation. But HOTELCOMPANY will also send you a confirmation email accordingly if you cancel your booking.
We sometimes send a review email after you have stayed in the hotel. This review email allows you to indicate your opinion about the hotel to us. If you are not interested in providing your opinion about the hotel you have visited, you can say so. We will then not send you any further emails. On completion of our on-line reservation process, you can subscribe to the newsletter, with special offers and information about HOTELCOMPANY. You can indicate at any time that you no longer wish to receive the new newsletter. Every email newsletter contains a link with which you can remove yourself from the mailing list.
