The structure was recovered from an ancient building of the medieval age; after a prestigious work of restoration some cozy apartments were obtained, in which the interior decoration and the high technological level of the furnishings go marvelously hand in hand with a greatly charming setting…

The residence comprises apartments with a minimum of two and a maximum of five beds. Each apartment comes with its own fully equipped kitchen and disposes of either an indoor garage or a parking spot.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 3.00 per hour.

We are only a few minutes away from the Arena of Verona, in one of the town’s quietest and most characteristic historic areas. We are very close to the center of town but at the same time are far from the chaotic traffic flow and, above all, are still only ten minutes away from the town’s Fair and Exposition area.
