The underground parking cannot be reserved in advance and is accessible from noon on the day of arrival.
The Health & Leisure Centre is open:
From Monday until Friday from 07:00 until 10:00 and from 17:00 until 21:00.
On Saturday from 16:00 until 20:00.
On Sunday from 08:00 until 11:00.
On national holidays, the Health & Leisure Centre is closed.
Hotel policies
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Travel information
By plane:
Take the Sabena bus at Zaventem Airport. This bus stops on the De Keyserlei, 100 metres from the hotel.
At Deurne Airport, we recommend that you take a taxi to the hotel. It will take you 10 minutes from the airport to the hotel.
By car:
On the Antwerp ring, you take exit “Borgerhout” in the direction of “Centrum”, Central Station. The Central Station is situated on the “De Keyserlei”. The entrance to the hotel and the car park is in the Appelmansstraat (first street on your left).
By train:
You take the train to Antwerp - Central Station. The exit of the Central Station is located on the “De Keyserlei”, where you will find the hotel within 250 metres.
